When that worm gear falls out, I am afraid it's a sign that the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We can help with this, but we need to see the entire assembly, including the link arms. A bird's eye view, with the operator either out of the window or at least with the window open, is best. From there we will do our best to narrow down what you need.

Thanks for getting back to me. See either our 39-031 and 39-032, or our 39-155 and 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of casement operators is the length of the link arm, so compare both with your old hardware to see what you need.
