Hello, Ed. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for length, make sure to only measure the metal channel. You want as precise a measurement as you can get.

Thanks for getting back to us, Ed. If your balance has a 28-1/2" long channel then that means this will have to be custom ordered, since that's not a stock length. Before we go any further, can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you needed? That will allow me to get a custom price quote together for you.

As for the metal clip, see our 16-002.

Thanks for verifying. As these are custom made, we can only supply 2 at minimum. I hope that's okay. We always recommend replacing both at the same time anyway. When you mix old and new balances, the new balance tends to have a much shorter life span since it has to pick up the slack for its older partner.

As for cost, that depends greatly on the stamp, or to put it another way, it depends on how strong the spring is, which is what the stamp represents. If there is no stamp on the old metal channel then I will instead need to know the precise weight of the sash, down to the ounce. That will allow me to calculate the weight rating of the spring, which will in turn inform the cost of the balances.

Lastly, concerning replacing the pulley parts, that is not possible. Once those break you need an all new balance, top to bottom.
