Hi,
I have tried to contact Simonton but they are nonresponsive. I have 3 single hung windows that have broken metal bars, the windows fall out when you open them. They also have broken top clips on all 3, so I need 6 clips in almond.

Hello,
It's tough to say without seeing an undamaged version uninstalled but you may be looking for tilt latches like our 2-5/8" long 26-419 and 26-420 or 26-243 and 26-244 but you'll need to compare all of the dimensions to see which latch pair will work for you.
As for the pivot bar, we would need to see an undamaged version removed from the window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
