33 hd is stamped on the balance the balance is 34 in long no ends the balance is 9/16 wide and 1/2 deep it floats in the wd jamb a bushing keeps balance from sliding down its a penco single hung window made in 2004 16 yrs old

Hello,

I suspect your balance is our S770-34 with one difference. The hook at the end of your pulley appears to be our 62-105. We can provide replacements with the same configuration but it will need to be a custom order. Please let us know how many you'd like to purchase and we will get a price quote and order link together for you. 

As for your pivot shoe, yours appears to be either our 15-015 or 15-208. Take a look and see which set of dimensions match up to yours. Thank you!
