Thanks for writing in! The balance you have here can be replaced with either the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 Tilt Spiral Balance. To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the diameter and the length of your balance. Unfortunately, I determine the measurements from the photos.
To narrow down the correct replacement for the shoe, I'll need to know the measurement of its thickness (front to back), written out.

Thanks for confirming. The spiral balance can be replaced with the S600-30, with a red tip.
The shoe you'll need is likely the 15-046 Pivot Shoe. Like yours it has a 1/2" thickness, but you'll need to be sure to double check the measurements. Specifically the width and thickness.
