no balancer to compare to

Question

This is an old window and the parts were thrown away when it came apart. The window outside measurement is 35w X 30h. Glass is 31.5 x 13, on the half in picture. It weighs 10 - 12lbs. I have no balancer parts to compare to since all the parts are missing. The width of the track is 3/4 and the depth is about 7/8

Without knowing what the original balance was, all we can do is make our best guess. Based on the size of your glass and weight of your sash, consider our S385-14 with a 1340 option.
