Hello,
Your exact pivot shoe was discontinued, but the good news is that our 15-177 can replace it. It also uses the same S152 coil springs with the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 support hardware. We'll relate a few videos in this page to help with the installation process. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions!
