no part numbers ANYWHERE -- can you match this?

looked for like an hour --- no part numbers on any frame, glass, or any other part front or back.

These are (I suspect) pressure shoes, they attach to the frame with an actual sprint , like 30" in length. The part that the spring attached to on the shoe is sheared off. I have several double hung windows such as this all with the same trouble.

It sure does look like it will work....further information, which I came upon after I sent the first email shows me that it was made for a Caradco double hung tilt out window.
