no take out clips

Question

20 year old house with aluminum Milgard windows. I bought the correct channel balance from you but have no take out clips in any of my windows. There is a circular hole where the clips usually are. so I cant hold the channel balance in place.

I see you purchased our S385-21 channel balance. Typically, this is used with a take out clip like our 16-002. However, I can't be sure this is what you have in your window. Take a look and let me know what you think.
