non tilt aluminum window spring balance

Question

I received the ordered balance S500-29 red tip, 29" series 500 spring balance.

It is too thick of a diameter to fit in the track. It looks like the space is a maximum of 3/8 inches. The S500 too wide of a diameter at about 1/2 inch.

Do you have one that is thinner at a 3/8 diameter.

The Series 500 is closer to 9/16". If yours is 3/8", but otherwise the same as the Series 500 balance, then see our Series 400 instead.
