non tilt channel balance

hello,

I have a atrium window, its 30 inches H X 34 1/12 W, the hook and lock inside the window is 12 inches apart. I moved into this house and it does not currently have any balances so I do not know what size I need.

Do you have similar-sized windows with the balances still in them? If so, check those! If not, give us the visible width and height of the piece of glass showing in the sash, and the weight of the sash. We can calculate the proper length based on that.

unfortunately none of the windows have the balance. 34 1/2 W, 29 1/2

Thank you. Most Atrium windows use the Series 395 channel balance. I cannot guarantee this will work, but it's our best guess. Based on your glass size, I'd go with a 29" long balance with a 2830 option. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale just to confirm that the 2830 option is correct.
