Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best; see the diagram below for reference. I believe the shoe on the balance in your photos may be damaged, so you may want to grab another balance, either from the same window or an identical window in the house, to do this. In either case, for a stamp option go with 2830.
