non-tilt window channel balance repair

Dear Sir, The photos I've sent are from an identical setup on a working window. I broke the ivory colored plastic piece. These windows are probably 50 years old. I could find no markings on them. I'm looking for some assistance in locating the part or other solutions.

I'm not sure if we have this exact piece, as your balance system is very old. That said, see our 15-104, this might be something you could use. Let me know what you think.
