not sure what window company this one is...

This window is a small window above the kitchen sink on the first floor.

As can be seen on image labeled part.2_b, it shows patent 4.610.108.
Unfortunately this was the only "informative" thing I could on this window, hopefully it's somewhat useful.

Hello there. This is a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances or 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Please tell me the thickness of your existing coil springs, and also if there are any stamps on the springs. That should narrow everything down.

The thickness is 1/2" and there seems to be number "4" on the coil it self.
What weight should I purchase? Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. If the coil tape is indeed 1/2" thick, the S160-04 4.5 pound spring is the correct choice. Let me know if you have further questions.
