Aluminum Non-Tilt Window Spiral Balances

Please see attached.
the tip is white, and the length of the pipe is 29". On the side of the shoe it says: S.B.1
Please help identify parts I need.

See if this shoe more closely resembles the 15-011, or the 15-012. If it's the 15-011, you'll need the Series 300. If it's the 15-012, see the Series 301. From there we'll further narrow down what you need.

Thanks for getting back to me. If the shoe resembles the 15-012, and the balance tube is 3/8" in diameter, then see our S301-29. You'll also need to choose a color tip option, red or green, which reflects the weight range the balance will be calibrated to support. A red tip balance can handle a weight range of 10 through 22 lbs, while a green tip balance can handle a weight range of 14 through 26 lbs. Your old balances seem to have a white tip color, which are from an older rating system we don't use. We recommend obtaining the exact weight of the window sash. There's obviously a lot of overlap here, but it's best to confirm that exact weight so you choose the correct stamp option. 

For the sash supports, look at the items I've listed on this page, and see if any of them match with what you need.
