the casement is frozen up I want to replace it but cannot find one Given this website by the guy at the Ashland Home Depot I am working on getting it removed I am not much of a handy man

Hello! You have a very old style operator. I don't think it's made anymore but we may be able to come up with a substitute. Before I say anything for sure, can you remove it from the window and show me a photo of the entire mechanism by itself?

I was able to remove the crank and photograph I would need 4 2 left crank and 2 right crank

Thank you. I think the best possible replacement option we sell would be the 39-027E and 39-028E, though I cannot guarantee that these will work. Your original part is just too old. However, they seem to work in more or less the same way and have a very similar style. I'm optimistic about these, just not 100% certain.
