Carefully review our specs to confirm that they match the original hardware. If they differ in any way, let me how exactly how and I can look into alternative options for you.

As for the cracked sash, there's nothing we can do about that. I recommend contacting a local hardware store to see if they sell an adhesive they'd recommend for vinyl damage like this. Otherwise you may be looking at the purchase of a new sash entirely.
