operator issue

The drive shaft is missing, that is the issue. Can I get just that?  The short arm is about 3.75 inches. The short arm operates independent of the long arm. Short arm says 20755. Long arm says 30470 L.H.

Hey there. I am afraid the separate components are not sold separately. When they break it's generally advised the entire operator be replaced. See if the 39-155 and 39-156 match up. For new handles and covers, see the 39-107 and 39-114L.
