I've attached an image of the operator and guide parts for a casement window that I have. On one of them, the second linkage (not the one directly connected to the operator) has failed due to rust and is now broken. I think I have purchased this operator from you int he past, but can't seem to find record of it in my email.
Can you point me in the direction of replacement parts for this configuration?
