opposite hand op not working

Question

I ordered your opposite operators 39-155 and 39-156. But the order arrived and the -156 was your similar-but-different 39-032. I did install the -032 you folks sent to me. And because of the longer link arm I put the notch in the side trying to get it to fit.

As for needing an inch or so, that is about right. The arm is fully extended and the linkage actually touches the crank handle.

You sent a replacement, but that one doesn't fit. It goes in, but doesn't pull the window sash all the way closed, as shown in the attached photos. If I am installing this incorrectly let me know. As an FYI, I am using the same mounting holes as the original.

Thank you for your patience while we look into this. On observation, I've never seen a sash bracket so close to the track. They should be further apart. Your best bet would be to copy the part locations from the side that's working and remount them accordingly. I would also check to ensure the hinge is in decent condition.
