Your photos resemble the S795 channel balance. The length of your metal channel appears to be 33" but the 32 5 stamp on your balance would normally indicate the channel would be 32" long. If the channel is 33" long, not including the t-lock shoe, I would recommend weighing your window sash and following the chart under the S795-33 product description to choose the corresponding strength option. 

The S795-33 balance comes with the 15-195 t-lock shoe with a closed cam but your balance uses an open cam version, which would be the 15-195B. You'd need to purchase the open-cam shoes separately and follow the video below to replace them with the stock 15-195 t-lock shoes. Take a look and thanks for posting!
