parts for Caradco window

Question

I have a Caradco window ("caradco 14" found engraved on metal holding the glass) whose support hardware has broken off.  The window frame part of the hardware is shown in the first photo.

Thanks for posting! We carry the 15-104 friction shoe, but I'm afraid we can't replace the springs. If you need them, you will need to purchase new jamb liners at a local mill work.
