A quick learner from De Pere Wi 54115 says:

I have a casement window that doesn't crank open or shut .The number on the crank arm is 07800 .What do I need to fix?

Wendell, is the number 07900 or 07800? I see both in your post. If it's 17900, check out 39-387 and 39-388.
