I'm confident we can help with this. The pivot shoe appears to be a match for the 15-177. If you need the compatible springs, see the Series 152. Just note that our springs screw onto the side of the shoe, unlike your old ones. 

We also sell the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel in case you need new coil supports.
