parts help

Question

Maintenance super at a property having trouble locating these specific parts.
Tilt window balancers
28 inches long
screw hole on top of balancer/ eyelet and plastic bushing on bottom end
Doesn't use eyelet though it pulls past slot on top of pivot lock shoe and wedges in

looking for pivot lock shoe as well
its about 1-1/4" wide by 2" long (up to down) and 1/2" deep.

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 15-129 pivot shoe and S770-28 channel balance to yours. There should be a stamp on the metal channel the indicates the spring strength needed for your replacement balances. Thanks for posting!
