Looking for sliding patio door handles with 5 1/2 center to center with intererior lock if possible

Thanks for writing in. I am honestly not sure if we a replacement for this handle set; if we did, it may have been discontinued. I can't be certain one way or the other without seeing photos of your old handle set to confirm, however. If you want, send us photos so we can determine whether or not we might have something for you.

Unfortunately the home owner misplaced it or it went in the trash .Would any 5 1/2 inch center to center work ?

That will make thins very difficult. Not just any old handle will work, I'm afraid. We don't even carry a handle with a 5-1/2" hole spacing. We did at one time, but it was discontinued a long time ago and no substitute was made.

You may want to consider a new surface mount set like our 82-005. You would have to drill new holes but I think it's your best bet.
