Dear Sirs,
Attached is a photo of my broken patio door handle wherein the latch has rusted out, the mortise lock has now slid down to bottom of patio door frame and the door handle connecting screws rusted out and broke when I tried to remove the handle from the door. So, I am looking to replace both handle and mortise mutlipoint lock mechanism and I need it before June 30. Can you help identify the mfg and is it possible for me to obtain the parts that quickly?

Take a look and compare the dimensions shown on the 82-086 product page to your handle set.
As for your mortise lock, we can't be sure without seeing the entire assembly but your faceplate resembles the 82-265. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to your door cutout and installation holes.
