patio screen door

This is a latch for a 30 year old Windowmaster patio screen door. There are no identifying numbers that I could find. I've been unable to find a replacement latch anywhere locally. Thank you for your help identifying this.

I believe the closest we have is the 83-121. Take a look and see if this could work for your door. Yours could be an older style latch, but I'm not sure. To be honest I've never seen a "bone" shaped lever like that.
