I have two patio Rama sliding glass doors and I would like to replace all of the hardware in order to be able to lock them with a new key

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the handle set shown here is no longer made. The 82-005 surface mount handle set with 4-15/16" installation hole center spacing is the best we can offer. This is compatible with the 82-306 keyed exterior pull. Note that you will have to make sure you have room in the jamb to install the keeper. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
