hello I need to find a pivot shoe part number since all my windows are starting to break. I have attached some pictures

Hello, thank you for posting. Please see our 15-046 pivot shoe, I think this may work for you. Just confirm that the dimensions are the same.

is that the same part number for the other side that is blue? I know it is not broken in the picture but they are in other windows

Yes, I think you could use it for both sides. To be honest, I'm not sure why the one side is blue. I suspect that one of them broke in the past and whoever repaired the window grabbed whatever was handy. Just make sure the dimensions are the same for both.
