Is it possible for you to send us pictures of the entire balance that this shoe attaches to? Our parts experts believe that if the shoe looks as bad as it does that it stands to reason that you will need to replace the channel balance as well.
Take a look at our Series 795 channel balances, as well as the 15-195B T-Lock shoe with the open cam. Because our balance shoe does not look exactly like what you have, our experts believe that buying the shoe alone will not work with your current balance. I have attached a video that shows you how to install this type of lock into a channel balance as well.
