Weather Strip Or Seal I'm not sure??? I feel I need both items for some windows. How does it come packed? How do I install it? Do I need to remove the window or can it be installed with the windows in place?

The bubble measures about half inch, the step 1/4". It is for a double door push out or 'French doors'. It gets like this every year. Have had the door 3 years. I need the product to hold up to tropical heat, not the cold.

I recently became a homeowner and within the first month and during the first rainy day my kitchen casement window started to leak water. I'm very positive that it's due to the weather strip seal.
