window clip to hold a storm window or screen in a storm door

I'm having trouble finding replacements for these clips

The issue is that the part of the clip (bottom of picture) that inserts between the window and frame is quite thin. This is because the space between the window and frame is narrow. I have a large picture window that has a storm window. The storm window fits into a track on the outside molding.
