I have a school facility that bought the swisco 10-586 bumper and wants me to install it. She just gave me a photocopy of your installation tool, which doesn't actually come with the bumper keeper. how long are the screws? do i need a special tool to install?

I ordered a toilet stall latch looking for the tool for the tamper proff bolt.

I just purchased the 75-070 and received it and when trying to use, the tool just slips out of the head of the screw. Am I using it improperly or is there a trick to it?

What size is the 75-070 tool? If I purchase it, I want to make sure that it will remove the screw size that I have. Thanks, M
