90-213 Pella Lock & Keeper

Pella windows from early 80's. Window locks are broken (2). We are not the original owners of the home. Do you have replacements available. Thank you.

Hello, If this window is original to the house (I'm not sure that it is), it was installed in 1958

I believe it's a copperite color I think it's 1 5/16" between the centers of both screws on latch

Pella window lock. Numbers on lock are 45105 and patent# 4,736,972 2 holes for screws 1 3/8" center to center overall size 1 3/4" X 1 1/4" Kind of a gold color or bronze color

Latch for double hung windows.

We have Pella Double hung windows from 1989. The push button, locking mechanism is broken. Pella no longer carries the parts. Help!

This came off a Pella window from a house built in the 1960's. It's about 1 7/8" at the widest point.

Hi there. I have 30-year-old Pella windows. These locks are broken. Did not see them on your site so maybe you will recognize them and have them in stock.I am in need of at least 2, but I'm seeing 2 others that are getting stuck as well (hinge not turning, warped). Thank you. Kristy ... (cont.)

These locks lock right into the opposite window. The only marks are Pella on the thumb area and the word LOCK with an arrow sweeping to the left on the part screwed into the window.

Looking at 90-213 I see the keeper has 3 screws instead of the 2 used in my old hardware. Do you think I can use the old keeper with the 213 latch?

My house was built in 1988 and it has wooden double hung Pella windows and a couple of sash locks have broken. The original sash locks were built in to the windows.

Looking to replace this window lock.
