Hello, I have a cape built in 1950, fitted with these storm windows (half screen on a double-hung window). I am missing two wndow screen frames possibly added at the time the house was resided, date unknown. (?) I see no markings from the manufacturer on these storm windows/screens. Perhaps you can ... I have several aluminum framed screen and storm windows that have broken tilt keys. I attached photos of a storm that has a plastic key, but most have metal. I have no idea how to take them apart to show the key outside the frame. Can you identify a replacement based on the photos? Wished you ... (cont.)

I purchased white triple track storms from you in 2006. I need some replacement nylon latches and cannopt find the part in your on line catalog- It looks like part nr 91008R/L but I would like nylon since cast aluminum does poorly where I am at the seashore.
