I need to replace the pin in the storm window. How does it come apart and do you have the pin part

Hello: My storm window has a little round cyclinder that holds the upper edge of window in the aluminum track. It has a number on it, "200-910". I have doors made by National Nail corp. The Plastic 3/16 x 3/16" pivot corners and slide locks are missing. see attached photosDo you have replacements ?I am also missing an entire window. Need frame parts.

Are these or something equivalent available so repair these old carefree storms and screens? I have 7 windows that need at least one if not both parts replaced on both sides.
