Need replacement parts for this sash cam

I have a couple of windows where the plastic balance retainer clips have broken off the top of the window and it appears as if this clip is what holds the window channel balance from in place because mine are all the way to the top of the window frame and the window will not stay up.I uploaded 2 pho ... I went to your website and was able to locate a virtual dead ringer with Product Code #18-069. The only slight difference is the small tab hanging down on the outer edge. I have a 20 year old house and some of the balance spring retainer clips have broken over the years. I don't know who made the windows but I have been able to get the clip and the spring unit out of the vinyl window.
