Howdy, I have a set of closet doors with 23-038 top-guides. I need to extend the guide. They are currently at their "lowest" setting (guide closest to door itself) and I need to extend them up. I have mirror closet door 31" X 80" (2). It has a 23 225 bypass bottom guide assemble and a 23 038 bypass top guide assembly. top mirror door runner assembly

I can't figure out how to adjust the outer door.I trimmed carpets, cleaned, oiled ect. & the outer mirrored door lifted up, but is still dragging, & hurts to move it. I included pics. Tops have wheels & screw turned it tight, lower has a snap looking circular, thing.& is like one I saw on your site. ... (cont.)

Could you tell me how one removes the assembly from the door? Are there screws, or do you tap it out. Please advise how to remove and install new assembly. Ira I
