1980 house Need to replace both on 8 different sized double hung windows. Do I need different replacement parts Only number on part was 11600 - 2

the number stamped on the balance is R24927 10-88. what would be the correct part number to order? i need the left and right hand. Thankyou. I also have a smaller anderson window with the sash daylight dims 16x24 1/2 would you know what balance I use for that?

Our house was built in 1987. The balancing cord for one of our windows has snapped. Picture enclosed. I don't see 13R, 13 L or 12 SR stamped on the part. I presume your replacement part will fit. Can you confirm?
