Hello Swisco, Can you please help me identify this window balance for an Anderson wood window. Home built in 1989. Overall window measures approximately 36 inches wide by 53-1/2 long/high. I took the ballast out of the window, the marking is E90 9#27 3 84. I have 5 windows and each one needs at least one some of them need both. I assume it is best to replace both for equal tension. Please tell me which item to order and the cost for them.

Hi, Could you please help to identify balance? The left-side balance has 116000-17 on it, the right side has BR18 931 9 89. The starting BR could be 8R or 9R, the first letter is not clear. The whole window size is about 60(in) x 32(in). My house was build in 1990. Thanks. Bing

Hello, The glass pane dimension is 28"x28". Both top & bottom sash are the same size. The sash balance motors have the following numbers on them. 11600-16 and R27 931 1 84.
