Bottom window clips spect08. Bottom sides of windows clip into spring

We had Wellington windows installed about. Decade ago. Recently these pins have snapped. Windows will not stay open. Do you have this part? Need 5 of them.

This came from the bottom of a vynal window. It attaches to the cable in the window frame. The little knob on the end broke off.

I figured out all of the rest of the parts I need (spiral balancers, tool, pivot bars (Spectus 26-357) but the pivot shoe has me confused. It is approx 2" tall, 1-1/4 wide and measures .560 deep. sorry I don't have installed pics. the back side has a pin that goes into the wood and is broken. The top at the screw hole is broken. There was no manufactures ID in window. I need at least 4 of these.
