I am in need of a multi point lock that matches the description of your maxim multi point lock part 38-095. However, I do not want white. I need "almond". Any chance you could locate an almond multi point lock that is the same size as your 38-095? Thank you so much!

i believe this came from a milgard casement window. The handles on the lock have fallen off over the years. Not sure which lock to replace it with.

The lever that latches the window shut is broken -- it is completely loose and rotating it up no longer unlocks the window.
