39-534 ROTO Face Mount Sash Bracket

I need to purchase the above . I need left and right operators and hexagon crank handles.

The numbers found on the hardware are. Op052052, op052020, op051505. I need the crank and the handles both left an right window.

Good morning, I need to replace the above parts. My daughter is the homeowner and would like your assistance in choosing the correct part with the correct handle. Window was installed in 2006. All 3 handles for the 3 cranks for our living room window do not work. They were installed by Window Wizards who are now out of business. Do you have a replacement part for this crank. I am trying to help a customer find a replacement stud bracket but we have no window manufacturer. The part number on the bracket is OPO52021. Can you possibly look at these pictures and see if you might have anything like this??? Thank you in advance for your help!Shawna

I just bought a part (below) but it does not have the piece that attaches it to the actual window. the first two pics show the part installed on the other window.
