26-379 Pivot Bar Assembly

I need to order this part. It is the piviot pin or bar that goes in the bottom of a vinyl sash. The actual pin is (5/16") across. The body of the part is (2 1/4") long and (7/16") thick.

these are the parts that make up my pivot bar holder, i cant seem to find the grey insert that the pivot bar attaches too. can you help me identify it and do you have anything similar. the housing of the pivot bar is the same as the top latch with the guts removed and replaced with the grey insert ...
