Dear Tech support, I attached first picture image group for broken Andersen Tandem lock. (broken portion -marked in yellow circle). The total length is 30 and 1/4". I am wondering what the length on this tandem lock was. I am looking for one that is 29" long, as pictured in item 38-148

I see you have the latch handles on your website, but I was wondering if you can get the locking mechansim itself? The Handle is part # 39-291 Thank You, Aaron

We have an anderson window (installed 1995) with a stripped out component within the locking mechanism. It is the small piece in the attached pictures. What part do I need to order to fix this? Thank you!
