18-183 5/8" Top Sash Guide

Previously ordered Product Code: 18-183 but it didn't work as a replacement. Original sash guide measures at 1 3/4" in length. Flat top piece measures at 13/16" in width and 11?16" in depth. Is there another Top Sash guide that can be suggested that matches the measurements of the original? ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement piece for this black plastic piece that screws into the top of the channel of our window. It seems to be the piece that keeps the channel balance from going beyond the top of the window. Thank you! Vickie

I am installing chanel balances I bought from swisco and these guides (I think) are broken. Do you have them in stock?

I do not see a name anywhere on the windows. I bought the condo with old windows. Top is 7/8"X7/8". Total Length is 1.5".Lip depth is 1/4".Base Top Plate to Screw hole is 7/8".Can you identify what I need. I need 12 total count.

Hello, I'm trying to identify this top sash guide without much luck. I've tried the 18-009 which was close, the hole pattern is wrong. The clip has a 7/16" reduction that allows the guide to be approx 1/8" of Centerline of the window for the screws into the extruded channel. Any thoughts to g ... (cont.)

I have a Viking double hung window that has a broken balance guide. The channel balance is a 2820. Photo attached of the broken guide. It looks like it might be your 18-183. Am I right, or is there a better match? Measurements of top surface are 3/4 inch by 5/8, height from top to tip is 1 3/8 inch ... (cont.)
