I need to window weep hole covers. I'm not sure if I need to buy one part or if it comes in two parts? The flap part was crooked.

Hello! I am looking for a white weep hole cover that fits in a slot that is 1/4" high and 3/4" wide. I did not see this on your website (all of them were too large). Do you have such a part or know where I can get one? THANKS! Scott
