39-422 2" Extension, 3/8" Spline

I am looking to get a crank extension for an Andersen casement window. I only need a 7/8" extension. The one I see on your site says it's 5/16" and I'm pretty sure the Andersen cranks are 3/8". Will this one work, or do you have any short 3/8" crank extensions? Thank you.

What crank handle extensions will work with Andersen windows? Thanks, Laura
