32-344 Large Opening Angle Blum Cabinet Hinge and Plate Set

Original hardware is Brookhaven. First photo (hardware attached to cabinet door) shows the piece I need. Other photo shows the broken part attached to it's partner piece. The hardware holds together the two doors (that sit at 90 deg. when closed) for a lazy susan.

Looking for a replacement part. Measurements from center of mounting holes on each piece is 1 7/8". Width of inlay piece is 1 5/16".
